Responsibilities:

- Perform operational, planned preventive maintenance (PPM ) tasks, condition-based maintenance regimes and building fabric maintenance in accordance with written orders.
- Perform corrective work on electrical and mechanical systems and equipment, as instructed in accordance with written orders.
- Attend to customers’ service requests within service level agreement timeframe.
- Host, supervise and monitor contractors and building management personnel performing maintenance work, repairs, installations, construction and soft services at the facility to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Carry out plant inspection and audits to ensure compliance and appropriate standards.
- Risk evaluation, plant, procedures, and personnel.
- Manage site logs and activity logs.
- Report changes requests and “out of line” incidents or requests for project work to Project Engineer

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tun Razak Exchange: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
