Junior Sales and Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities;
- Call potential and existing customers in Singapore to present them our products and services (e.g. business cards, flyers, brochures, etc. as well as Software)
- Prepare quotations
- Close deals, reach sales targets and go the "extra-mile" to increase company's sales volume
- Keep records of calls and sales notes in the CRM system
- Coordinate with the production team and manage product delivery timeline
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Any experience in sales or tele-sales is a plus
- Negotiation skill, presentation skills, pleasant personality, service minded, good communication skills and high interpersonal skill, flexible, responsible and self-disciplined
- Excellent in English
- Chinese mandarin is a plus
- Background in printing industry or SaaS is an advantage
