**Position Summary**:Person in charge of the Front Desk Reception, The first face to greet and assist our Guest and Customers with a warm welcome assisting them in ways required with occasional administrative tasks.
**Job Description**:
**Location**: WORQ TTDI, Glo Damansara Shopping Mall
- Cover the front desk during the building’s established business hours, easily located on the member floor or at Community Bar and be on-site point of contact.
- Meet and greet potential and existing members with a warm and welcoming demeanor when they walk into our space and assisting them with any queries.
- Ensure all visiting guests are in accordance with WORQ’S guest policy by ensuring that every guest properly sign-in via Welkio iPad.
- Learn the names of members and guests to foster the sense of community WORQ is known for with the goal of establishing relationships.
- Anticipate member and guest needs before they arise using relevant information gathered about members to enhance and personalize their experience.
- Ensure all building-specific forms are up to date including filming requests, bike room requests, pet forms, etc.
- Keep the front desk organized and clean.
- Notify members of any couriers and food deliveries.
- Answer any inquiries from members and guests related to the policies and procedures, way-finding, community etiquette, etc.
**Qualifications**:
- College graduate with a four-year degree preferred, but not required.
- Experience in sales and/or customer service is a plus.
- Must have strong communication skills both in writing and speaking.
- Multitasking skills and outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate dependability, responsibility, integrity, accountability, work ethic, self-awareness and compassion.
- Understanding and passion of WORQ’s mission and values.
- Passion for entrepreneurial communities.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
