HR & Admin. Assistant

To oversee for office daily HR operations and administrative functions.
- To manage and oversee the entire recruitment and retention process, including to review job advertisements, to screen and select CV, to conduct interview and background check to provide on boarding, orientation and trainings to new joiners and to involve in staff retention process.
- Handle On-Boarding & Off Boarding process
- Review & update company policy
- Handle payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, leave, taxes, and other deductions.
- Handle payroll activities of the company, preparation of payroll report and statutory payment, process and update of staff employment status, etc.
- Assist in implementing / administrating compensation and benefit plans such as staffs’ medical claim, overtimes, insurance claim & leave record.
- Responsible for preparing an appointment letter, confirmation letter and other HR related confidential letters and update employee profile into payroll system.
- Liaise with respective government statutory bodies for related matters i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF and Income Tax.
- Manage employee’s movement (new hires, promotion, transfer, termination, retirement and etc).
- Responsible for licenses, tenancy, contracts and insurance renewal matters etc.
- Any other tasks as and when assigned by superior.
**Job Requirements**:
- Well-versed in Malaysia's Labour Law and other employment-related ordinances, with at least 1-2 years of full spectrum HR experience.
- Good knowledge in EPF, SOSCO, EIS, PCB and Income Tax
- Knowledge of SQL Payroll system will be advantageous.
- Able to converse and write in English, Mandarin and Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Possess strong interpersonal and time management skills.
- Must be initiative, meticulous and able to work well under pressure independently.
- Immediate availability will be advantageous.
