**1) Quotation**
- To issue quotation to customers using UBS and Autocount system

**2) Invoice**
- To issue invoice to customers using Autocount system
- To Print invoice for filing.
- To Print invoice and supporting documents and send to customer via courier

**3) Statement of Account (SOA)**
- To issue monthly customers statements and update customers files
- To sending SOA to debtor and acknowledged by RAD/PIC
- To update outstanding balance of debtors to supervisor and RAD/Sales PIC
- To received feedback regarding incoming payment

**4) Ageing**
- To monitor debtors payments
- To prepare aging report on monthly basis
- To checking and make sure the debtor and creditor aging update with proper
- To generate report ageing debtors by monthly basis for every 1st week of the month

**5) Follow Up Debtors**
- To update status outstanding balance of debtors to supervisor and RAD/Sales PIC
- To confirm date regarding payments

**6) Collection and Update Receipt for Customer Files**
- To arrange PIC or courier service to pick up cheque collections and to update payment receive in Autocount and match with invoice issued
- To ensure payment is verified by payment proof receipt and also bank statement

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
