Executive Pastry Chef
We are looking for Executive Pastry Chef
As an Executive Pastry Chef, we rely on you to
Sets and maintains service standards by clearly describing standards and constantly comparing performance to standard.
Control of quality and quantity of produced items.
Adheres to and enforces standard hygiene and sanitation measures and practices at all time, whilst handling, preparing and storing all food items and other related products.
Monitor performance and production of Pastry section.
**We are looking for someone who**:
At least 5 years working experience in similar capacity in an international hotel.
Hospitality and/or Chef Qualifications at diploma level or above
Communicates and write with fluency in English and local language
Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
Demonstrate innovation in creating menus
A team player, dependent, highly motivated, mature and able to work independently with a high speed of execution
Enthusiastic to the job whilst able to challenge the status quo
Attention to detail, service-mind oriented
