Requirements/_Kelayakan_
- Proven successful experience as a PIC or retail Store Manager/_Pengalaman sebagai PIC atau Pengurus Stor_
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation/_Kemahiran memimpin dan orientasi perniagaan_
- Customer management skills/_Kemahiran pengurusan pelanggan_
- Good in English and computer literate/_Boleh berbahasa Inggeris dengan baik dan boleh menggunakan komputer_
- Excellent interpersonal skills in interacting with customers and in meeting their needs/_Memiliki kemahiran interpersonal yang baik semasa berkomunikasi dan melayan pelanggan_
- Strong organizational skills/_Kemahiran berorganisasi_
- Good communication and interpersonal skills/_Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik_
- **Able to work at least five (5) days a week, during weekend & Public Holidays/**_**Boleh bekerja sekurang-kurangnya lima (5) hari seminggu, hujung minggu & Cuti Umum**_

Responsibility/_Tugas_
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability/_Membina strategi perniagaan untuk meningkatkan kumpulan pelanggan, mengembangkan aliran trafik pelanggan di kedai dan mengoptimumkan keuntungan_
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff/_Memenuhi matlamat jualan dengan melatih, memotivasi, membimbing dan memberikan maklum balas kepada kakitangan jualan_
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service/_Memastikan tahap kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi melalui perkhidmatan yang cemerlang_
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures/_Menyelesaikan pentadbiran stor dan memastikan pematuhan polisi dan prosedur_
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards/_Mengekalkan keadaan kedai yang cemerlang_
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc/_Melaporkan trend pembelian, keperluan pelanggan, keuntungan dsb._
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share/_Mencadangkan idea inovatif untuk meningkatkan bahagian pasaran_
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths/_Menjalankan penilaian prestasi untuk menilai keperluan latihan dan membina laluan kerjaya bagi setiap staf_
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc)/_Menangani semua isu daripada staf atau pelanggan (aduan, rungutan, dll)_
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance/_Menjadi contoh dengan menunjukkan tingkah laku yang baik dan mencapai prestasi pekerjaan yang cemerlang_
- Additional store manager duties as needed/_Tugas-tugas tambahan mengikut keperluan_
