**Job Descriptions**:

- Responsible to manage and create marketing content on social media platforms including FB, IG with post items, FB ads, customer services.
- Handle customer inquiries through various channels (company hotline, social media) with helpful information and provide customer inquiries to relevant departments to resolve/improve it.
- Assist in planning, managing, and optimize company’s marketing projects and campaigns on various platforms such as FB, IG, Display Marketing etc.
- Manage Client feedback and proactively make adjustments to projects when needed.
- Editing photo and video of product then publish on social media platforms.
- Assist in organizing company events or campaigns.
- Devising impactful marketing strategies, analyzing customer's consume behavior with Management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably 1-2 Year of working experience in the related field.
- Must have photo edit or video editor skill, familiar with social media platform.
- Good sense in design, copywriting and video production preferred.
- Fresh graduate are welcomed.
- Able to work at **Taman Universiti, Skudai**. Working Hour: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri) / 8.30am-1.00pm (Sat - Alternate)
