**Role Purpose**:

- As Event Manager, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, planning, organizing, and executing exceptional events while meticulously managing timeline, vendors, event partners, costs and budgets. From cultivating collaborative partnerships with our event stakeholders to meticulous budget tracking, your role is multifaceted. Your leadership ensures seamless event lifecycles, from ideation to post-event analysis. With an eye for detail and commitment to excellence, you'll elevate our events, establishing them as industry benchmarks.

**Key Accountability**:

- Lead the creative process of event ideation, bringing fresh and innovative concepts to the table.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand event objectives and translate them into compelling and memorable experiences.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to infuse cutting-edge elements into event designs.
- Develop cohesive event themes that align with organizational branding and resonate with the target audience.
- Ensure seamless integration of brand messaging and identity throughout all event elements, creating a unified and impactful brand experience.
- Oversee the design and implementation of immersive event experiences that captivate attendees and exceed expectations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging the exploration of new technologies and interactive elements to enhance overall event engagement.
- Work closely with marketing, communications, and design teams to align event concepts with broader organizational strategies.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and workshops to generate creative ideas and ensure cross-functional collaboration in the ideation process.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and execution.
- Collaborate with various teams to establish budgetary guidelines and track expenses throughout the event lifecycle.
- Strategically allocate resources to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Analyze historical event data to provide accurate financial forecasts and cost projections.
- Proactively identify potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising event quality.
- Implement robust cost control measures to ensure events stay within budget.
- Regularly assess and adjust spending to align with budgetary constraints.
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to secure cost-efficient services.
- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts for long-term cost optimization.
- Identify potential financial risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate unforeseen expenses.
- Maintain a keen eye for cost-effective alternatives without sacrificing event objectives.
- Generate comprehensive financial reports to communicate event budget status and outcomes to stakeholders.
- Provide post-event financial analysis to identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications & Working Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or related field or min. of 8 years of proven experience in senior-level event management roles.
