Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Singapore and other countries (as assigned) simultaneously, through outsourced payroll vendor, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely payments.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices.
- Manage payroll-related vendors.
- Administer end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and update records in HRIS. e.g., onboarding of new employees, contract management, employee movements, salary changes, off-boarding, etc.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure that all pre-hire paperwork is completed before deadlines.
- Manage submission of statutory reports/claims and tasks related to statutory compliance.
- Work closely with local and regional stakeholders to develop and streamline HR operations.
- Contribute towards implementation of HR projects e.g., HR policies documentation, processes automation, and implementation/roll-out of new HR systems or initiatives.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess a diploma/ bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources Management, or equivalent discipline.
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Having knowledge of the Human Resources process.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and oral. Command of Mandarin is an advantage.
- Proven experience working as an HR executive or its equivalent.
- Experience with various online channels, and resume databases.
- Well organized with high sense of urgency.
- A team player with able to work in target-oriented and fast pace working environments.
- A self-starter with exceptional adaptability and professional skills e.g., time management, communication, negotiation, listening, problem-solving, organizing, result-oriented, mature, efficient, and able to adjust to changing conditions.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,600.00 per month
