**Position: Sales Admin**

**Duration: 6 months contract (after that convert to permanent depends on performance)**
- To prepare, process and check the documents relating to Sale and Purchase etc.
- To carry out functions relating to credit administration and loans documentation.
- To attend to calls and enquiries from purchasers, end-financiers, and solicitors.
- To check and process documents relating to conveyancing of properties.
- To assist in sales of properties matters if required.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or other related.
- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good communication skills in written and oral with proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate and have experience.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
