Our client is Virtual Office/Shared Offices industry and they are looking for Customer Service Specialist. They are located in Bangsar South.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Attend to clients in regard to the office requirements, anything from helping them with printer, chargeable time doing admin work for our client, organizing meeting and discussion rooms etc.
- Take part in social media photos and videos to promote our facility, enter client payments into our client management system.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience in a company selling virtual office services or in a hotel industry.
- An understanding of Social Media is desirable.
- A fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent face to face and phone communication skills with customers
- Fluent in Chinese.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, clients and agents.

**Salary**: RM4,300.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
