岗位职责:

- 负责通过各种渠道(比如媒体、网络)发布和管理招聘信息。
- 进行正式招聘前测试、简历甄别、组织招聘、员工人事手续办理、员工档案管理及更新 等 与招聘相关的工作 。
- 对拟录用人员进行背景调查,与拟录用人员进行待遇沟通,完成录用通知 。
- 负责招聘广告的撰写,招聘网站的维护和更新,以及招聘网站的信息沟通 。
- 搜集各地区人才市场信息,并熟悉各地区人事法规。
- 负责建立企业人才储备库,做好简历管理与信息保密工作 。
岗位需求:

- 本科毕业(Degree)。
- 熟悉人力资源管理各项事务的操作流程的人士即可以应聘此职位。
- 毕业生有相关实习经验欢迎申请。
- 具备良好的规划能力,学历能力,应变能力以及处理突发事件的能力。
- 精通中英语。
- 较强的团队合作意识和工作效率 。

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
