- Conduct training for staff regarding pet’s care, product knowledge, providing services at outlet and etc.
- Assist in planning and implementing strategies & effective curriculum or training programs
- Provide info and prepare material for training
- Track and provide report regarding training progress as well as monitoring staff performances.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Matured, patient and of pleasant personality
- Excellent communication skills (Experienced in tutoring and guiding employees will be an added advantage.
- Must possesses own transport
- Must be willing to travel
