**Purchasing Unit Executive**

**Job Scope**:
1. Conduct product research and find new suppliers and vendors.
2. Find the best quote.
3. Make a purchase.
4. Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
5. Communicate with suppliers to ensure the availability of raw materials for production is carried out.
6. Provide purchase data and reports.
7. Make an analysis of purchase data.
8. Always liaise with suppliers for market information and negotiations.
9. Maintain and update a library of catalogs, samples and price lists.
10. Maintain an efficient purchasing order filing system, order requests, stock lists and other correspondence.
11. Ensure there is a continuous supply of stationery for the office.
12. Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the entire office.
13. Ensure that general clerical duties in the office are carried out on a daily basis. e.g. Filing, correspondence/mail, etc.

**Eligibility requirements**:
1. Minimum experience of 2 Years in the field of purchasing
2. Aged between 20 - 40 years
3. Minimum SPM Approval.
4. Have skills in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
5. Have good communication and negotiation skills
6. Can work under mínimal supervision

The group also includes services of **supplying, cutting, measuring and sewing all types of têxtiles** such as corporate shirts, uniforms, sheets, curtains and ready -to -wear clothing for women and men.

Pay: RM1,504.64 - RM1,917.57 per month
