**Your contribution to something big**
- Responsible to update new incoming shipment details and to follow up the shipment delivery status with forwarder.
- Ensure all direct shipments are clear and handed over to customer accordingly in timely manner.
- Responsible for any issue related to customs clearance and provide solutions.
- Follow up shipment out from plant with forwarder by checking for pickup status, vessel data, flight date, etc
- Ensure all PO related to direct shipments are process in timely manner and being handed over to responsible department accordingly.
- Mass update on the new prices list and maintain vendor code in the system.
- Maintain and create Purchase Info Records.

**Qualifications**:
**What Bosch Malaysia is looking for**
- Degree in Supply Chain (Logistics, Purchasing, Business Administration or its equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of related working experience in logistic, purchasing, and supply chain area.
- Experience in using SAP will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written
- Possess excellent communication with ability to work in dynamic work environment and cross functional team.
- Good in analytical thinking, proactive and having customer oriented mindset.
