We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor for an Oil & Gas company based in Port Dickson Lube Oil Blending Plant.

**Job Description: -**
- To act as the Maintenance Engineer to perform the necessary maintenance tasks to ensure reliability and functionality of the plant installations.
- Plant installations includes: Fire Fighting System, Compressed Air system, Rigging facilities, Storage tanks and process vessels, pumps and motors, Automatic conveyor, small pack filling, pail and drum filling, palletizing, labeling machines, electrical system, instrumentation system, process control domain etc.
- Compliance to HSSE standards and requirements to make Luboil Blending Plant (LOBP) a safe place to work and accountable for all assigned Critical activities such as lifting, working at height, confines space work etc. Promote safe work culture amongst the contractors and service providers for the workshop.
- Accountable to ensure all assigned Critical activities per Process Safety requirements are executed as planned, all Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance are also well executed and in compliance to local statutory requirements and DEPs.
- Plan, execute and supervise all maintenance activities as assigned from end-to-end basis (initial respond, carry out site assessment, ensure correct prioritization of work, troubleshoot & propose technical solutions, co-ordinate discussion with stakeholders, conduct Risk Assessment, supervise field work, ensure good QA/QC, record keeping, housekeeping & final job closure) to enable high equipment reliability & plant technical availability.
- Lead in-depth troubleshooting of plant equipment and provide maintenance technical support to plant operations and execute preventive maintenance program. Work with Regional Engineer team to eliminate bad actors, develop long term improvement plans in the group and follow-up on the execution of these plans. Carry out root cause analysis on repeated failures and collaborate with operations and technologist to identify process related degradation / failure mechanism. Participate in the plant Reliability and Integrity study with the regional engineers.
- Ensures that critical pieces of equipment are identified and managed to ensure plant reliability.
- Maintain and review spare part stock inventory including stock items, surplus items to ensure optimum level for continued plant availability. Ensures inventory is monitored and evaluated on a set frequency. Recommend spare parts, modification of equipment and proper selection to sustain/improve plant equipment performance (reliability, safety, effectiveness & efficiency).
- Update maintenance records, investigation findings & prepare relevant reports.
- Liaises with vendor representatives when conducting repair work.
- Provide input to maintenance manager in planning/preparing/monitoring budget for all electrical, instrument, mechanical and civil maintenance work and executes the works within the budget.
**Requirement: -**
- Relevant Degree or equivalent. Preferably Mechanical.
- Min. 2 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry plant mechanical maintenance field.
- Skills in mechanical, piping and instrumentation, electrical, packaging machine knowledge & troubleshooting skills and people management
- Strong technical and practical experience in executing maintenance field work and managing the contractors on site.
- Skill in Job Hazard Analysis, Permit to Work system and LOTO.
- Familiar in GAME ME process, SAP and minor project planning.
- Good experience in collaboration and interfacing with others.
- Skill in troubleshooting equipment failures and root cause analysis.
- Familiar with Shell DEP, Singapore Code of Practice, International standards such as API etc.
- Willing to work shift working hours (morning and afternoon shift)
