Job Scope
- Provides general administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office - Answers and directs phone calls.
- Maintain a computer and manual filing system
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of working experience in related field
- Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
- Computer literate.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English & Malay and spoken Mandarin.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills with positive attitude.
- Meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility, pro-active and have initiative.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,603.51 - RM3,000.00 per month
