**ROLE PROFILE**

**JOB TITLE**:IDT Finance Associate

**FUNCTION**:Finance

**SUB FUNCTION**:Digital Business Solutions
- Finance Business Partners

**CITY & COUNTRY**:Selangor, Malaysia

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Consolidate DBS Functions budget forecast, working with the DBS leads to ensure consistent reporting, analysis and commentaries across the functions.
- Handle period end closing, provide monthly financial actuals analysis report to DBS Functions (all budget areas).
- Provide Budget Holder reporting dashboards for actuals tracking and forecasting at cost centre level Manage Financial Information to ensure accuracy of data and effective insights for business decisions.
- Ensure Cost Centres are up to date by proactively handling journals, recharges of intercompany costs, employment cost reclassifications, GL change.
- Ensures transactions are properly accounted for as per IFRS, Group requirements (GMAPP) and full compliance to SOX.
- Handle Intercompany transactional costs (recharges).
- Provide COUPA PO’s and Supplier Queries for project spend, contractors.

**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE**

**ESSENTIAL**
- Finance Degree with professional accountancy qualification (i.e. CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) with 5 years and above relevant working experience
- Knowledgeable in relevant finance tools and systems, specifically BI/BPC, SAP or ERP equivalent
- Meticulous, analytical, proactive, and can work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Experience of working in an IT or Technology environment a distinct advantage
- Ability to work well in a diverse, team-focused environment with strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable being able to work in ambiguous situations.
