Job Vacancy - Full Time

Sales Admin

Location : No 8, Jalan perdana 3, taman segar perdana, Cheras Batu 9.

Working Hours : Monday-Friday (8.30am - 5pm),

Saturday alternate (8.30am - 1pm)

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for sales administrative and coordination work in the office.
- To support the sales team by follow up and coordination on all sales matters

including documentation, sales processing with related departments.
- Attending to enquires, complaints and to promote the company products

and to develop ongoing business relationship with clients.
- Assist in preparing reports, sales statements and sales performance

analysis.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department and the

Management as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this

position.
- Experience in Sales/Sales Operation/Sales administration will be an added

advantage
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa and/or Mandarin & spoken to liaise with

Mandarin speaking prospect
- Good computer skills (MS Office/Excel)
- Good communication Skills.
- Able to work closely in a team
- Self-motivated and result orientated.
