Position Title Plant Operator Unit/Section Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) Department Production Division Pasir Gudang Reporting to Plant Supervisor No. of subordinates Nil Job Purpose Carry out instruction given by Plant Supervisor to achieve smooth and efficient operation of the plant No Key Result Area Key Tasks 1. Production Quality And Quantity - Ensure the targeted and right quality and quantity of production with utilization of utilities. - Check process parameters for smooth plant operation - Ensure final discharge as per Standard B specification 2 Housekeeping And Environment Of Plant - Maintains good housekeeping at all time for pleasant working environment - Attend all blockages, cleanings, breakdowns and etc. when situations arises for reducing hazard exposure - Carry out all jobs designated during the plant preventive maintenance or annual shutdown - Use suitable PPE for any hazardous works for self-safety and health 3 Recordkeeping - Record process data and maintains log sheets on regular basis for easy access of all daily records - Write report before hand over shift for continuation of information flow 4 Sample Quality Checking - Send relevant samples to Laboratory at regular frequency for analysis - Check the laboratory result and tune the plant accordingly in liaison with the plant supervisor 5 Health, Safety & Environment - Execute daily operation following ‘Standard Operating Procedures’ to reduce risk when working - Report to Shift Plant Supervisor for any incident, accidents or abnormal emission happens during the shift for immediate action Dimension Nil Disclaimer: Nothing in this document shall restrict Management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities of this job at any time due to reasonable reasons Job Requirement Minimum Qualification : Possess SPM Minimum years of experience : 1 year of related working experience
