Group Ancillary Marketing Strategy & Campaign Activation via CRM, Online & Offline Marketing & Branding
- Develop impactful marketing campaign to achieve Revenue per pax (RPP) target
- Increase ancillary contribution to total revenue at regional level
- Develop regional marketing plan and coordinate with local marketing team for execution
- Develop and Coordinate Go-to-market (GTM) Plan for new products and initiatives
- Work closely with cross-departmental, including local and regional teams such as Communications, Social media, Branding and Creatives, Digital Marketing, Product, Operations etc. for marketing executions
- Lead and manage internal and external partnerships with different stakeholders, including Brands, Companies and Agencies
- Ownership of customer experience on app & web and constantly looking for opportunities to upsell ancillary products
- Analyze and use data and market insights to guide business decisions and recommendations
- Manage budget and campaign performance

- Relationship management and good communication skills for close coordination with internal and external partners across local and region
- Able to work smart
- Ability to interpret raw data to useful business strategies and turn those into actionable insights
- Excellent project management, organizational, time management and presentation skills

**Requirements**:
- Must have at least 5 years work experience in Marketing or anything related to Business Administration, Product Development, Advertising and Public Relations
- Experience in any of the following: airline, e-commerce, start-up or platform is a plus
