**Responsibilities**:

- Input and manage data accurately and efficiently in Chinese language.
- Provide general administrative support including answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence in both Chinese and English.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order replenishments as needed.
- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and special events.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
- At least 1 - 2 years working experiences in relevant field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Able to speak Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good in communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Preferable experiences in ISO documentation.
- Able to start work immediately or short notice is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,200.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
