Secretary / Personal Assistant

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Help with daily time management
- Run errands as requested
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Diploma in Secretary with one year experienced in the field would be advantageous
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good time management, detailed oriented person and able to work under pressure
- Posses own vehicle and have valid license
- Able to work at outside
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
