我們正在尋找一位居住在馬來西亞吉隆坡的【**使用者體驗作家**】。

**主要責任**
- 制定並實施產品的文案策略和指引：能夠參與並負責產品文案策略的製定和執行。與產品經理、行銷團隊等密切合作，確保產品文案與整體策略保持一致。
- 撰寫和編輯產品文案：能夠獨立撰寫和編輯產品文檔，包括產品介紹、功能描述、使用者指南、宣傳資料等。確保文案準確、清晰、有吸引力，並滿足目標的需求和偏好使用者受眾。
- 負責產品文案優化迭代：透過資料分析、使用者回饋等不斷完善產品文檔，不斷增強文案的表達力與效能。
- 與跨職能/跨文化團隊合作：與產品經理、設計師、工程師和其他跨部門團隊密切合作。與設計師合作，確保文案和設計風格之間的一致性。與工程師合作，確保技術術語的準確使用。根據目標市場的在地化語言與在地化團隊協調遠端協作。擁有良好的溝通和組織能力，以協調設計目標並確保成功的結果。

**資格**
- 至少3年相關經驗。
- 持續學習與創新：隨時了解網路產品和文案產業的最新趨勢和發展。不斷學習和提高個人技能和知識。積極尋求創新，在文案策略和表達方式上尋找新的突破，提升產品文案的創造力和吸引力。
- 多語言文案設計經驗：具有全球化、多語言產品文案設計經驗，以及招募和管理多語言供應商的經驗者優先。
- 語言需求： 中文流利，適合工作與溝通；英語達到母語程度者優先，熟悉東南亞語言者優先。
