我們正在尋找一位駐馬來西亞吉隆坡的【 **AP 經理**】。

**主要責任**
- 檢查採購索賠詳細信息，以確保金額是允許的且符合螞蟻金服的政策。
- 檢查供應商索賠工作流程和發票詳細信息，以確保採購流程順利且付款符合合約到期日。
- 解決與供應商和員工索賠相關的問題，並在需要時將未解決的問題回報給主管做出決定。
- 跟進索賠付款狀態的查詢和請求；就付款狀態和對帳問題與財務和會計團隊聯絡。
- 參與系統增強和用戶測試。
- 保管索賠記錄和證明文件。
- 跟進外部和內部稽核師提出的內部控制點並定期更新狀態。

**資格**
- 擁有 2 至 3 年在會計師事務所或大型組織的 AP 流程職能部門工作的相關實務經驗。
- 較強的人際溝通能力。
- 具備豐富的工作流程、財務會計處理知識的策略問題解決者。
- 強大的成本/財務分析能力。了解Oracle者優先。
- 高度的個人誠信和責任感，以及在緊迫的期限內工作的能力。
- 精通英語和中文的口頭/書面表達。
- 能夠為結果而溝通的團隊合作者。
