我們正在尋找位於馬來西亞吉隆坡的【**商業業務發展和成長營運**】。

**主要責任**
- 負責全球商家業務發展和成長運營，利用我們平台的行銷能力和資源以及商家/生態系統資源，透過行銷活動和日常營運推動交易和用戶滲透。透過對我們平台的深入了解，推動商家、合作夥伴、用戶價值的展示。
- 與商家/合作夥伴和內部行銷團隊一起開發和執行行銷活動，提出商家成長解決方案，涵蓋電子錢包應用程式和外部商家/合作夥伴生態系統管道中的用戶溝通管道以及媒體計劃，並持續優化結果。
- 與團隊一起，與相應Geos的商家建立和管理良好的合作夥伴網絡，創造健康的生態環境和機制，使商家能夠在我們的平台上成長。
- 了解商家痛點，展現支付寶+整合行銷解決方案的價值，並支持業務發展。
- 與產品團隊和區域團隊密切合作，增加全球商家的曝光度，並改善支付寶+電子錢包用戶的端到端旅程。

**資格**
- 5年以上實際業務開發及成長營運經驗；擅長與商家和合作夥伴打交道，包括主要品牌、零售商、收單機構、行銷合作夥伴、產業協會等。
- 能夠溝通、展示和影響組織的各個級別，包括高階主管和 C 級
- 能夠影響內部利害關係人和第三方供應商並與之談判以實現目標
- 優秀的時間管理、演示、組織和解決問題的能力。
- 自我激勵、親力親為，能夠在快節奏的動態環境中跨一系列專案執行多項任務
- 願意去亞太地區、韓國、新加坡旅遊（30~50%）
- 有收單業務、金融科技經驗者優先
