**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management plan for efficient office operations.
- Monitor and evaluate facility performance metrics, analyze data, and identify improvement areas to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee facility renovations, expansions, and construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and project management.
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in facilities management; recommend continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage the facilities budget by forecasting expenses, monitoring expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to understand their facility-related needs and ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations, including OSHA and local authority standards.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the longevity of facilities and equipment.
- Supervise facilities staff, including maintenance technicians, front desk, janitors, drivers/mailroom, and security personnel, ensuring safe and efficient work performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in facilities management, including leadership or middle-level management roles.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Excellent project management, budgeting, and financial management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in facility management software and computer-aided facility management (CAFM) systems, CMMS, IWMS, or EAM software.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or related field is a plus.
