QC Manager requirements

Minimum Bachelor degree in Chemistry or equivalent

IKM registered

Minimum 5 years Experience in QC

( Experience in edible oil ,fatty acid /glycerin & soap laboratory is an advantage )

Experience in ISO17025 implementation

In dept knowledge of quality control procedires and legal requirements

QC Manager job responsibility

1. To ensure that all raw materials and chemicals use for production are sampled and tested before release for use.

2. To ensure that finish product are sampled and tested at various stages before approved for shipment.

3. To establish and maintain a system of sampling plan and analysis for raw materials, chemicals, packaging material ,

in-process control and finished products.

4. To communicate with production, marketing and logistic regarding product quality issues.

5. To plan manpower and equipment requirement as per activities of each sections.

6. To ensure implementation and monitoring of Quality, Food/Feed safety, Environment

and Occupational safety requirements in laboratories.

7. To assist in investigation of complaint regarding quality issue as per customer complaint processing.

8. To provide technical assistant to customer and potential customer as and when required.

9. To implement new initiatives / program as required by management to meet company objectives.

10 To communicate and review achievement of department objectives and KPI

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
