**About This Role**:
As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll be responsible for handling the day-to-day tasks in the Accounts department. You will assist the Accounting department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions, updating the ledger, assisting with audits or fact-checking, and preparing budgets and reports. You should be thorough, accurate, and honest with good bookkeeping skills.

**You Will Work On**:

- Handling the day-to-day tasks in the Accounts department.
- Assisting the senior executive in managing, processing and regulating accounts and transactions as well as maintaining great financial records of Accounting Superhero.
- Assist in managing client’s books, meeting client’s presumptions and proactively working to ensure client’s satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with preparing accounts, financial statements and assist in audits when necessary
- Assist with the liaising and attending to clients
- Assist with the preparation of accounting schedules for audit and financial statements preparation
- Assist with liaise with auditors in preparation of clients' financial accounts
- Assist in managing clients' accounting deadlines
- Assist with GST preparation
- Attending to finance function for clients
- Digitization of documents and correspondences
- Maintain and update client database

**Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English
- Fresh grads are welcomed
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Able to meet deadlines
- Have a good interpersonal and analytical skills
- Have strong work ethics

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human resources management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
