**Job Summary**:
The QC Assistant will be responsible for assisting in quality control procedures in a fruit processing environment. This role requires a basic understanding of fruits and adherence to QC guidelines to ensure the products meet quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow established QC procedures to ensure the quality and safety of fruit products.
- Assist in inspecting fruits at various stages of processing for quality defects, including size, color, ripeness, and damage.
- Ensure compliance with QC guidelines and standards set by regulatory bodies.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for quality control processes.
- Record data accurately during quality control inspections.
- Prepare reports on quality control findings and communicate any issues to the QC Supervisor or relevant personnel.
- Assist in collecting samples for testing according to QC protocols.
- Conduct basic tests, such as pH testing, sugar content analysis, and sensory evaluations, under the guidance of QC personnel.
- Keep work areas clean and organized to prevent contamination and ensure efficient workflow.
- Follow sanitation protocols to maintain a hygienic working environment.
- Assist in maintaining documentation related to quality control activities, including inspection records, test results, and corrective actions taken.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a food processing or quality control environment is preferred but not required.
- Fluent in Mandarin (Speaking and Writing).
- Basic understanding of fruits, including common varieties, characteristics, and ripening stages.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.
- Good communication skills to report findings and collaborate with team members.
- Willingness to adhere to strict quality and safety standards.
- Physical ability to lift and move moderate weights and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing priorities.

**Experience**:

- QC: 1 year (preferred)
- Food Manufacturing Industry: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
