**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**1) Human Resources & Admin**
- Manage and update HR databases
- Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
- Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding,
- Checking Expenses Claim to reimburse to staff
- Assigned as Job administrative task as per assigned.

**2) Recruiter**
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a host of assigned searches
- Conduct screening interviews using various realible recruiting & selection tools/ methods and selection
- Follow Up References & Update Recruitment Database by Weekly
- Partner with Project Head to gather requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies

**Requirement**
- Working experience as an HR administrative assistant for at least 1 year
- Ability to effectivce as per assignedely use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software
- Familiarity with labor laws
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Act as a reliable and supportive team member
- BS in human resources or similar relevant field
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven mindset
- Experience with recruitment marketing is much advantage
