Procurement Executive, Operation Centre

- Manages procurement activities of industrial categories (eg. Static, Rotating, Maintenance)
- Manages the Sourcing to Pay activities for industrial purchases; qualification of vendors, RFQ management, negotiation, commercial validation, contract award, expediting, payment
- Identify and drive initiatives to optimize cost and increase automation
- Adheres to compliant procurement policies and processes
- Facilitate necessary training sessions on GASP core process within GASP and with relevant departments
- Execution of PR to Pay process in ERP; Coordination with Shared Service Centre, vendors etc., promote auto-payment process.
- Monthly KPI reporting for the Entity
- Ad-hoc admininstrative tasks for the GASP team

**Required Profile**:

- 5 - 8 years’ experience in procurement function preferred
- Experience in SAP setting project preferred
- Ability to work in a multi-national environment and a global team
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, open mind, team player, willing to offer help
- Good English both in oral and written
