Cheras, Malaysia TITAN FORCE SDN BHD Full time

To prepare worker salary which includes monthly salary, daily advance, monthly advance, checking claims, salary report,
- To assist in departmental yearly job performance or job confirmation review.
- To prepare promotion letters, confirmation letters, salary increment letters, memos for any announcement from Management and other HR related letters.
- To updating employee personal records and ensure proper filing on all HR related files.
- Handling all employee inquiries & grievances. Dispute settlements according to labor law and government compliance
- Liaise with government authorities (SOSCO, EPF, Income Tax, IR Department, Labor Department & etc) concerning monthly contribution, deduction, form submission

**Foreign Worker Division**
- Handling all related documentation related to foreign worker
- Liaise with various local authorities (Labour Dept, Immigration, MOHR, MOHA,NOF, FWCMS,MYEG)

**Requirement**
- **1 year experience**:

- **Fresh Graduate** with internship are encouraged to apply
- IMMEDIATE POSITION
