Responsibilities: Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Take customer orders and provide recommendations on menu items. Ensure accurate order taking and communicate special requests to the kitchen. Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and professionally. Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Assist in food preparation, such as cutting ingredients, assembling dishes, or brewing beverages. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Process payments and operate the cash register accurately. Monitor and replenish supplies, such as napkins, utensils, condiments, and beverages. Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to maintain a safe and clean environment. Collaborate with the kitchen staff and other service crew members to ensure smooth operations. Upsell and promote menu items or specials to customers. Assist in maintaining inventory levels and conducting stock checks. Provide exceptional customer service, creating a positive dining experience for customers. Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of service. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Basic math skills for handling payments and making change. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina to stand, walk, and carry trays or plates for extended periods. Positive and friendly attitude towards customers and team members.
