**Responsibilities**:

- Managing inventory control and stock counting spare parts for workshop department.
- Maintaining Excel spreadsheet of billing records and prepares the billing in the system.
- Liaising with account department for invoicing purposes (hand over original manifest / run sheet as attachment for invoice).
- Prepare monthly report for repair and maintenance of company truck.
- Assist payroll team in regards to foreman’s attendance.
- To perform day to day general administrative tasks.
- Assist in data entry, filling system & general paperwork.
- Any ad hoc related job assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Possess a minimum diploma in any field.
- Preferably have at least 1 year of working experience.
- Have experience working on workshop added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Good interpersonal skill.
- Be organized, self-directed and take initiative.
- Must have pleasant personality and the ability to work independently.
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Full time position available.
