土耳其运营专员

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in developing and executing the company's operational strategy and objectives for the Turkey region and ensure that the team achieves the expected performance.
2. Responsible for overseeing and executing daily operational processes.
3. Collects, analyzes and reports relevant data for performance evaluation and development of improvement plans.
4. Coordinate communication and collaboration between internal departments to ensure smooth and timely feedback of information.
5. Assist in resolving problems and conflicts in the operation process to ensure smooth operation of the team.
6. Cooperate with leaders to complete other temporary assigned work tasks.
**Job Requirements**:
1. Bachelor degree or above, management, marketing and other related majors are preferred.
2. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively coordinate internal resources.
3. Proficient in the use of office software, such as Microsoft Office suite, etc., with basic data analysis skills.
4. Have some experience in project management, able to plan and execute work tasks effectively.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand certain work pressure and challenges.
6. Good learning ability and adaptability, able to quickly adapt to the company's work environment and culture.
7. Fluency in Mandarin, English and Turkish.
