This FIS Capital Markets Workflow Specialist Sales Team is focused on bringing valuable Buyside insights & solutions to the market. Focusing on Buyside & Private Markets firms, we offer a broad spectrum of front to back solutions to our clients. The team is focused on growth, predominantly new name business.

**What you will be doing**

As part of the Capital Markets Amplify team, and as an experienced and proven Subject Matter Expert in the Buyside & Private Markets space, you will utilize your knowledge of Capital Markets & demonstrated depth across FIS products and services to support APAC Sales with sales segmentation, APAC solutioning across public & private markets, establish APAC marketing channels, industry knowledge sharing with clients, attend client meetings, speak at industry panels, collaborate with APAC Buyside & Private Markets Sales team to sell.

**As part of the Capital Markets Amplify team, you will**:

- Position FIS Front-to-Back Financial Technology and/or services catered to the Buyside institutions Investors, Buyside Investment Managers in both Public & Private Markets, Asset Owners, Asset Management, Hedge Funds, Family Offices, Administrators with public & private investments.
- Demonstrate multi asset class knowledge of the APAC buy-side industry, market & client challenges, and familiarity with competing solutions to well position FIS to win.
- Support solutioning for APAC Buyside market nuances
- Assist in the development of sales tactics, strategies and collaborate with the product management and solicit Global marketing resources to scale APAC FIS Buyside business.
- Collaborates with business, finance, and pre-sales on opportunities & strategies.
- Sit on panels related to the industry, share your industry and market expertise.

**What you bring**:

- Demonstrated success in Buyside Investment Management or Private Markets Software Sales
- Strong Experience in selling Front to back to Asset Owners, Asset Management, Hedge Funds, Family offices, Administrators.
- Strong decision-making, problem solving and creativity skills.
- Analytical skills are required to determine client business needs and requirements.
- Ability to manage senior internal & external stakeholders to propel APAC sales agenda.
- Ability to remain calm under various levels of pressure.
- Understanding of FIS and competitive products and services
- Disciplined and self-motivated individual with proven track record of exceeding quota.
- Must have prior experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all levels of management (internally/externally), employees, clients, and public.
- Must be motivated by exceeding expectations and reaping the rewards that FIS offers.
- Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
