**About the Team**
The FIS Capital Markets Workflow Specialist Sales Team focuses on providing valuable insights and solutions to the market, specifically targeting Buyside and Private Markets firms. Our team offers a wide range of solutions to our clients, covering the entire workflow from the front to the back. We are dedicated to growth, with a focus on acquiring new clients.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As a part of the Capital Markets Amplify team, you will be utilizing your expertise in the Buyside & Private Markets space to support APAC Sales. Your responsibilities will include sales segmentation, solutioning across public and private markets, establishing marketing channels, sharing industry knowledge with clients, attending meetings, speaking at industry panels, and collaborating with the APAC Buyside & Private Markets Sales team.
**As Part of the Capital Markets Amplify team, you will**:
- Promote FIS Front-to-Back Financial Technology and/or services to Buyside institutions such as Investors, Buyside Investment Managers, Asset Owners, Asset Management, Hedge Funds, Family Offices, and Administrators with both public and private investments.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the APAC Buyside industry, market challenges, and competing solutions to effectively position FIS for success.
- Provide support for solutioning targeted towards the APAC Buyside market.
- Assist in developing sales tactics and strategies in collaboration with product management and global marketing resources to increase APAC FIS Buyside business.
- Collaborate with business, finance, and pre-sales teams on opportunities and strategies.
- Participate in industry panels, sharing your expertise with the industry.
**What You Bring**:
- Demonstrated success in Buyside Investment Management or Private Markets Software Sales.
- Strong experience in selling Front to Back solutions to Asset Owners, Asset Management, Hedge Funds, Family Offices, and Administrators.
- Knowledge of the Buyside industry, solutions technology, and regulatory practices.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and creativity skills.
- Analytical skills to understand client business needs and requirements.
- Ability to manage senior internal and external stakeholders to drive APAC sales agenda.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Understanding of FIS and competitive products and services.
- Disciplined and self-motivated with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Prior experience building and maintaining effective relationships.
- Motivated by exceeding expectations and enjoying the rewards offered by FIS.
- Expert negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- Travel is required.
