**JD for Business Development Manager**

**Purpose**:
The Business Development Manager will report to the Managing Director in performing his or her key responsibilities.

**Duties**:

- Develop and manage long-term strategic relationship with existing clients
- Create and implement sales strategies and identifying new markets to maximize business opportunities
- Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
- Develop new business relationships through social networking channels
- Secure new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts
- Conduct market research, understand and keep up-to-date with latest industry developments and trends

**Professional Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business is preferred but not necessary
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or relevant role
- An eye for identifying campaigns, opportunities and clients in order to develop new and existing businesses
- Highly driven individual

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
