**Responsibilities**:

- Sales pipeline development and management.
- Client relationship-building and associated call planning.
- Appropriate interaction with the various teams to successfully pursue/engage on the opportunities so that the client clearly understands CLIENT's value proposition in this business area.
- Responsible for new business/ takeover existing accounts.
- Building and Developing relations within the SAP market in the region.
- Plan and carry responsibility of new logo acquisition in specific domain with clear understanding of offering mix of company in the given market.
- Manage internal/external activities of telemarketing and research required for business development.
- Develop ideas and create offers and value propositions.
- Responsible for building pipeline and follow-up sales leads.
- Liaison with internal team to build proposal and plan joint calls.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information..
- Carry out market research, competitor and suggest strategies.
- Liaise and attend meetings necessary to build brand by attending seminars, analyst forums that aid business development.
- Travel for sales activates to different locations (for Penang).
- 5+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions.
- Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative and competitive market.
