Business Development Manager

(1) Responsible for managing all operational commercial activities and solutions including: contract document management, contract performance management, contract change management, contract growth/scope management, sub-contractor /partner contract management, supplier standard T&Cs, customer/subcontractor/supplier contract negotiations; (2) Lead strategic account development plans thereby maximizing development and growth opportunities; (3) To build strategic relationships within the aviation industry; (4) Develop and implement the sales and market strategies to increase existing business and market share in consultation with the Sales Managers or other team members of respective airlines; (5) Responsible for making commercial contracts, agreements and activities within the Aviation Industry; (6) Monitor and analyse individual airline sales figures and trends, investigate reasons for changes and disseminate information to all stakeholders making recommendations and ensuring corrective actions; (7) Work independently in the absence of supervision; (8) Develop and implement sales procedures and policies in line with the industry best practices. Set up sales call plans, daily, weekly & monthly reporting mechanisms and ensure that the appropriate selling skills are suitably employed; (9) Manage the territory budget preparation process, to ensure the sales and revenue opportunities are maximized; (10) Determine the growth opportunities to ensure an effective sales and market coverage.
