Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities and trends.
- Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop strategies for business growth.
- Identify key areas for growth and formulate strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Build a robust pipeline of potential clients and opportunities.
- Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and agreements.
- Work closely with legal and finance teams to ensure all aspects of deals are in line with company policies.
- Provide regular reports to the management team on business development activities, progress, and challenges.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
