**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Manage the entire operation including planning and monitoring.
- Manpower planning: check driver / rider attendance and assign tasks accordingly.
- Assist in sorting shipments to deliver.
- Monitor misrouted shipment; coding and recording.
- Ensure pending/ problem shipment as per FIFO arrangement.
- Analyze problem shipment/customer complaint, implement action on the NSINs/CAR/ OB and others NC (Nonconformity).
- To ensure that subordinates are properly trained in job duties.
- Ensure all drivers/riders are in proper attire to maintain the company image.
- Ensure all drivers conduct pre-trip check on truck.
- Ensure all drivers/ riders are out for delivery within the stipulated time.
- Ensure drivers/ riders pickup accordingly.
- Monitor truck maintenance and service, truck road tax validity and driver license validity.
- Prepare truck request (ticket) for repair and service. Follow-up with the truck repairs status with HQ Transport & Maintenance dept.
- Monitor problem shipments and ensure Handover Manifest to Problem Shipment CS personnel.
- Practice FIFO for Problem / Pending Shipments.
- Liaise closely with Ops CS personnel on the problem shipment.
- Ensure all shipments are handle with care & protected.
- Prepare and review drivers and riders claim prior to being sent for approval by Station PIC.
- Ensure the AWBs & PODs are sending for imaging on daily basic.
- Any other duties as allocated by the superior, including functional responsibilities

and special tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Qualifications: Min of SPM.
- Experience: At least 5 year of working experience in operations environment.
- Skills:
1. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

2. IT literate-Good in excel and windows, windows, familiarity with operating
computerized systems are prefers.
- Knowledge:
1. Knowledge of the office ethics.
- Others:
1. Attention to details
2. Compliance oriented
3. Good personality and able to work long hours
4. Possess good attitude.
5. Able to work with little supervision.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
