**JOB PURPOSE/ROLE/SUMMARY**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible to translate the business requirements into technical documents and business diagram in compliance with Allianz prescribed standards in order to facilitate the development of accurate functional specification.
- Delivery of the documentation in accordance with the timeline.
- Acting as an intermediary between business units, technology teams and support teams.
- Tests and documents solutions.
- Coordinate user acceptance test until signoff.
- Monitor and manage all change requests from business units assigned.
- End-to-end involvement from project scoping, system readiness for UAT and production roll-out, project implementation and post project implementation to stabilization.
- Ensure the outcomes/delivery of project are in accordance with digital roadmap.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree of any discipline with Computer Science/ Information Technology preferred.
- At least 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst.
- Knowledge on Life Insurance products & operations.
- User Requirement gathering and Requirement Document Lifecycle management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem solving.
