**Clinical Duties**:

- Proficient in handling and managing clinical emergencies within the department, utilizing available resources effectively.
- Coordinate and communicate with paramedics and ambulance services for timely and safe patient transfers when required.
- Address patients' medical issues and concerns by conducting thorough medical history reviews, accurate diagnosis, appropriate treatment, counseling, and making referrals when necessary.
- Competently order and interpret relevant lab tests, advising on suitable health screening packages based on individual needs.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and impartiality in handling sensitive patient information, including medical records and examination results.
- Perform various clinical procedures, including pap smears, vaccinations, swab tests, and Tuberculin tests.
- Conduct pre-employment screenings for Beacon Kuantan Oncology Clinic and other corporate entities.
- Clearly explain medical procedures and prescribed treatments to patients for their understanding.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with medical professionals in the community and hospitals.
- Actively participate in health education initiatives alongside other healthcare providers.
- Stay updated with the latest medical advancements, treatments, and medications to provide the best care possible.
- Offer medical consultations to hospital staff members when required.
- Support promotional activities and health campaigns to raise awareness within the community.
- Assist in developing training programs for clinical and nursing staff, promoting continuous professional development.
- Facilitate appropriate referrals to specialty services within the hospital, as per the clinical needs of patients.
- Adhere to the designated working hours - Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, with Sundays and public holidays designated as off days.

**Non-Clinical Duties**:

- Support in-house CPR and Code Blue programs to enhance the center's emergency response capabilities.
- Demonstrate full commitment to assigned tasks and willingly undertake ad hoc responsibilities as directed by superiors or management.
- Deliver health talks to corporate clients or small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs), both within the facility and at external venues.
- Contribute to Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs organized by the Center/Hospital and offer clinical assistance to other departments, such as corporate sales and PR teams.
- Provide valuable clinical insights and assistance in product/service development to the Business Development team, Nursing, Management, or relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director and Head of Department (HOD) in reviewing and addressing patient care management-related complaints or grievances.

Giving full commitment to all assigned tasks accordingly & adhoc task as deemed necessary by superior / management

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM10,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
