- 1. Prepare Department annual budget
- 2. To hire, train, lead and develop staff of the Housekeeping Department
- 3. To monitor and control Housekeeping monthly operating expenses inclusive of payroll cost
- 4. Monitor and ensure all linen par level is sufficient at all times
- 5. Monitor and ensure all cleaning material and guest supplies is sufficient at all times
- 6. To conduct frequent checks on all areas of the Hotel especially guest rooms, corridors, public toilets, function rooms and all F & B outlets
- 7. To set up and organize on going deep cleaning schedules
- 8. To review customer feedback which relevant to the Department inclusive of compliments and complaints**Benefits**:
