- Process Trainer (Native Thai + JLPT N1)
- **Salary**: 87,000 THB
- **Location**: Bangkok, Thailand

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions for agents on product and process during NHT batches
- Identify areas of improvement by monitoring agent contacts
- Collaborate with Ops and Quality teams to design action plans for improvement
- Ensure defined training conversion and manage retention during training
- Innovate training methods by incorporating floor requirements into classroom training
- Maintain data according to training processes
- Drive customer satisfaction initiatives (C-Sat & E-Sat) to enhance process and customer value
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Drive key performance metrics related to training
- Work effectively under pressure in an unstructured environment
- Flexibility to up-skill on VASS & quality
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Provide production hours weekly in the absence of NH training

**Requirements**:

- JLPT N1 Certified
- Proficiency in Japanese (writing, reading, speaking, listening)
- Over 4 years of Japanese language experience
- BPO industry experience is a plus
- Logical and analytical thinking
- Self-motivated with a proactive team spirit
- Willingness to go on overseas business trips or training
- Good English competency in all 4 skills
