Taman OUG, Malaysia PMG Pharmacy Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- To arrange **working schedule** of retail outlet.
- **Purchasing**: (PR/PR/Sales Invoice)
- **Filing and Record-Keeping**: Assist pharmacist to organize and maintain pharmacy records, including prescriptions, invoices, bills, and other documentation.
- **Sales Report**: Check daily transactions and keyed in POS.
- **Record Petty Cash**:

- **Stock Check and Stock Expiry**:Keep track of pharmaceutical inventory, order and receive medications, and manage stock levels to ensure availability of essential drugs and supplies.
- **Submit Evaluation, Attendance and Invoice**:Thumbprint attendance, submit to HR.
- **Maintaining a Clean and Organized Workspace**: Keep the pharmacy area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **SPM **education level.
- Proficiency in **English **is a **must**, ability to speak in Mandarin or any local dialects will be an added advantage.
- At least **1 year experience** in administrative field.
- Able to commit to 1 year contract.
- Working days : Monday Friday (9am - 6pm), Saturday (9am - 1pm)

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
