Conveyancing Clerk

**Responsibilities**
To handle all conveyancing matters such as preparing Memorandum of Transfer, Charge, Discharge of Charge, Receipt and Reassignment, Facilities Agreement & etc.
Attending to clients, correspondences, preparing status reports and other types of work assigned by the Firm.
**Requirements**:
Required skill(s): MS Office.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Competent, able to work independently and have a strong sense of responsibility.
- This position is only open to Malaysian citizens._
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
